Conify website
my role: ux research, ux design, concept development
project made for: Coinify
Conify's website does not represent company's current strategy and vision. It was built by an outsourcing agency, which makes it difficult to make changes and updates. The website is also confusing and difficult to navigate, making it challenging for users to understand the company's product portfolio.
The task was to reposition Coinify, determine the purpose of the website for different stakeholders, and simplify the website's design and content.
Approach

Research questions
-
Who is our target audience?
-
What do we know about their interaction with our website?
-
What product do we offer and how are they useful to our audience?

Quantitative and qualitative research
I analyzed data from Google Analytics to evaluate the performance of the current website, conducted a comprehensive content audit and created a sitemap. I then conducted interviews with the company's sales representatives, as they are key stakeholders who use the website to communicate with potential partners and promote sign-ups. Additionally, I conducted card sorting activities with partners in a semi-moderated format. Based on the findings from these steps, I developed three personas and customer journeys for the project.

Persona and user journey

Key findings
Our main target audience are corporations, business owners and payment service providers that are accepting crypto payments.
Our website serves a purpose of the company's business card. Partners quickly check our offerings and they try to contact our sales representatives.
We offer three main products, which consist of several features and can be used in different contexts.
I developed multiple versions of the landing page to discuss with the management, as the company's strategy had not yet been fully established at that point.

Final version
The version of the new website that I recommended is based on the results of the research. It features a flat navigation structure with Business as the default category. The Accepting Payment option is placed first, as this is where the company planned to put the most effort. This is followed by other business solutions such as Trade Partner and Corporate Trading. Each category will describe each of our product in a simple way, mentioning different contexts that the product can be used in.
